Fee Schedule
Mediations are booked as either half day or full day conferences. The rate for two party mediations is $275 per party, per hour. The rate for three or more party mediations is $225 per party, per hour. Time is billed to the nearest quarter-hour. There is a three and one-half (3 1/2) hour minimum charge for half day mediations. There is a six (6) hour minimum charge for full day mediations. Preparation time is included and not charged separately. The above fee schedule also applies to our arbitration services.
Cancellation Policy
Half day mediations canceled within five (5) business days of the scheduled conference may incur a two (2) hour charge. Full day mediations canceled within five (5) business days of the scheduled conference may incur a four (4) hour charge.
Payments
Payment for services may be made by check or ACH (ACH banking information will be provided by phone upon request). Payments are due within 10 days of the mediation invoice.
Lawyers, and not their clients, are responsible for payment.
